Abstract:
Provided is a wind-power generation device having excellent power generation efficiency and generating little noise. This vertical shaft windmill is provided with a blade connected to a vertical main shaft through a supporting body. The blade has a main blade part and a blade end inclined part. The blade end inclined part extends in an obliquely curved manner from both end portions of the main blade part toward the vertical main shaft. At least a portion of an intersection line between an outer surface and a first cross-section taken along the vertical shaft through a first position along the horizontal direction of the blade end inclined part has a first radius of curvature (R11). At least a portion of an intersection line between an outer surface and a second cross-section taken along the vertical shaft through a second position, which is different from the first position, along the horizontal direction of the blade end inclined part has a second radius of curvature different from the first radius of curvature (R11).
