Abstract:
A vertical tube fixing structure comprises an upper cover (30), a bolt (40) and a forcing assembly (70). The upper cover (30) is provided with a sleeve post (31) corresponding to the top edge of a front fork pipe (20) central hole (22), an annular abut shoulder (32) capable of being abutted to the top end of the vertical tube (10) and a screw head hole (33) penetrating vertically. The bolt (40) is provided with a bolt head (41) capable of being correspondingly positioned to the screw head hole (33) and a screw (42) capable of extending into the front fork vertical pipe (20) central hole (22). The forcing assembly (70) is provided with an annular block (71), and the annular block (71) is provided with an inner screw hole (710) for the combined screw (42) in a penetrating manner. Two lower cone sections (73) spaced in an increasing manner are upwardly extended corresponding to the two sides of periphery of the annular block (71), respectively. A positioning section (74) with equal spacing is arranged upwardly at the top part of each lower cone section (73). Two upper cone sections (75) spaced in a reducing manner are upwardly extended corresponding to the top end of the two positioning sections (74), respectively. The top parts of the upper cone sections (75) are connected to the bottom part of the upper cover (30). When the bolt (40) drives the forcing assembly (70) to spirally move toward the upper cover (30), the two positioning sections (74) are extended outward to tightly match the front fork pipe (20) central hole (22) in order to fix the vertical tube (10) and the front fork pipe (20) together.
