Abstract:
Disclosed are a vertical type AC-LED device and manufacturing method thereof, the vertical type AC-LED device comprising a conductive substrate (102), a light emitting module, a first conductive structure, and a second conductive structure; the light emitting module is located above the conductive substrate (102), and comprises two LEDs horizontally arranged in parallel and isolated from each other; the first and the second LEDs comprise from top to bottom a first semiconductor layer (111), a light emitting layer (112), and a second semiconductor layer (113); the second semiconductor layer (113) of the first LED and the conductive substrate (102) are provided with a first insulation layer (131) therebetween to realize mutual isolation; the second semiconductor layer (113) of the second LED forms an ohmic contact with the conductive substrate (102); the first conductive structure is connected to the first semiconductor layer (111) of the first LED, the second semiconductor layer (113) of the second LED, and the conductive substrate (102); and the second conductive structure is connected to the second semiconductor layer (113) of the first LED and the first semiconductor layer (111) of the second LED.
