Abstract:
Disclosed are a vertical type heat conduction structure and a manufacturing method therefor, which are applicable to the technical field of heat dissipation. Provided is a vertical type heat conduction structure, comprising a temperature equalization plate (1). The temperature equalization plate (1) comprises a bottom plate seat (11) with a recessed cavity, a plate cover (12) snapped onto the bottom plate seat (11), a first capillary tissue (13) arranged in the recessed cavity of the bottom plate seat (11), and a working fluid filled in the recessed cavity of the bottom plate seat (11). A gas pipe (14) for vacuum pumping is provided at the integrating faces of the bottom plate seat (11) and the plate cover (12). The vertical type heat conduction structure also comprises at least one heat conduction pipe (2) connected to the plate cover (12), an inner cavity of the heat conduction pipe (2) being communicated with the recessed cavity of the bottom plate seat (11). According to the provided vertical type heat conduction structure, the heat pipe (2) in the prior art is integrated with the temperature equalization plate (1), and the capillary tissue (21) of the inner wall of the heat conduction pipe (2) and the capillary tissue (13) of the inner wall of the cover plate (12) of the temperature equalization plate (1) are integrally sintered and moulded, thereby reducing the thermal resistance to the maximum extent; and meanwhile, a plurality of loops formed between the heat pipe (2) and the temperature equalization plate (1) work simultaneously, thereby greatly improving the performances of heat conduction and heat dissipation.
