Abstract:
Disclosed is a vertical wind turbine for automatically tracing a wind direction, which can continuously trace the wind direction to transmit wind pressure to blades even in an environment where the wind direction changes frequently or a wind speed is slow. A vertical wind turbine for automatically tracing a wind direction according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a housing which is disposed vertically with respect to the ground and which is provided therein with a flow path through which wind can pass, wherein the housing automatically traces the wind direction while rotating along the circumferential direction by means of wind blowing from the outside, thereby always arranging the entrance of the flow path to face the forward direction in which the wind blows.
