Abstract:
Provided is a vertically divided mold round pipe, comprising a cast-in-place core block load-bearing wall type and a partition wall type, each type comprising two pairs of arcuate bodies, suspension bars (5, 6, 22, 23), and fixed bars; the upper ends of the two pairs of arcuate body types are suspended by their suspension bars (5, 6, 22, 23) on the four edges of a fixed frame on each of the wall tops of a construction layer, and the lower ends are inserted into connectors of a vertical buried pipe and wall bottom of each of the wall bodies of the construction layer; the outer side is provided with a curved pipe (7, 8, 24, 25), and the inner side is provided with a roller groove (12) and is closed at the bottom end; the respective fixing bars are inserted at the middle such that the outer edges of the roller wheels (14) of the support base (3, 20) automatically abut against the inner edge of the roller groove (12) and roll down to the bottom, causing the curved pipe (7, 8, 24, 25) to be such that a maximum closure pipe or type similar to a maximum closure pipe may be actually accommodated by the vertical buried pipe of each of the construction wall bodies; the vertically divided mold round pipe facilitates the insertion and removal of the vertical buried pipe of the construction layer at alternating layers, thus maintaining, to the maximum possible extent, clear passage through the vertical buried pipes of the wall bodies and preventing the blocks of the wall bodies from shifting position.
