Abstract:
In general, people take two positions like lying and sitting for resting, but many people can also unwittingly rest by leaning against somewhere. The systems which are described here are designed to accomplish this.

Claims:
CLAIMS

1) It is a vertical positioning system that enables people to have rest and its function is to contain a long leaning backrest (1) and two leaning bases (2) which are positioned alongside the long leaning backrest (1).

2) As stated in Claim 1 , it is a vertical positioning system and its function is to contain screw ended and nut shaft system (3) connected to the long leaning backrest (1); a first spring (4) that pushes the shaft system (3) up; a road system (5) with moving shaft system (3) and first spring (4) system; and a second spring (13) which keep long leaning backrest (1) vertically after pushing the long leaning backrest (I) from the leaning base (2).

3) As stated in Claim 1 , it is a vertical positioning system and its function is that the long leaning backrest (1) contains a footrest (6) where a person put his foot when leaning back.

4) As stated in Claim 3, it is a vertical positioning system and its function is to contain side pins (7) that can be pressed, integrated with the footrest (6).

5) As stated in Claim 4. it is a vertical positioning system and its function is to contain pin joints (8) to pass the side pins (7) through in order to keep the system in safe position. 6) As stated in Claim 5, it is a vertical positioning system and its function is to contain pin safety hooks (9) and pin safety hook slots (10) to fit the pin safety hooks (9).

7) As stated in Claim 1. it is a vertical positioning system and its function is to contain screw ended and nut shaft system (3) connected from both sides to the long leaning backrest (1); a pneumatic or hydraulic motor (1 1) and piston (12) that pushes the shaft system (3) up; a road system (5) with moving shaft system (3) and piston to keep the long leaning backrest (1) up; and a second spring (13) which keep long leaning backrest (1) vertically after pushing the long leaning backrest (1) from the leaning base (2).

8) As stated in Claim 1 , it is a vertical positioning system and its function is to contain long leaning backrest (1) that is made of metal, mica and composite materials in geometrical shapes such as flat, concave, rectangle and oval.

10 9) As stated in Claim 1, it is a vertical positioning system and its function is to contain long leaning backrest (1) with hip, waist and neck supports, with overhangs, longitudinal supports and/or handles that prevent overflowing of body.

I S 10) As stated in Claim 1, it is a vertical positioning system and its function is to contain long leaning backrest (1) manufactured of profile or tubes in the form of geometrical shapes such as rectangular oval.

11) As stated in Claim 1, it is a vertical positioning system and its function is to 20 contain textile or fabric linoleum inside tubes or profiles around the long leaning backrest (1 ).

12) As stated in Claim 1, it is a vertical positioning system and its function is to contain top cover that is put with snap fasteners or hooks opened and closed from

25 the sides of long leaning backrest (1 ).

13) As stated in Claim 1 , it is a vertical positioning system and its function is that long leaning backrest (1) contains leaning bases (2) fixed to the surface and/or wall with angle brackets or similar materials or leaning bases (2).

30 14) As stated in Claim 1 , it is a vertical positioning system and its function is to contain leaning bases (2) that are fixed to each other with plain or cross connections, profiles or tubes. 15) As stated in Claim 1. it is a vertical positioning system and its function is that long leaning backrest (1) contains angling system made of automatic control and different motor (1 1) systems under the leaning base (2).

16) As stated in Claim 1, it is a vertical positioning system and its function is to contain leaning base (2) that is made of metal, cast and composite materials and even hard plastic and polymer mix materials.

17) It is a vertical positioning system that serves for leaning of hip and calf parts of a person as a partial body leaning and its function is to contain a short leaning backrest (1); moving shaft area (22) integrated with the short leaning backrest (1); a spring base (24); a fixing component (26); and a movement mechanism with a exterior shaft area (23) integrated with spring base (24) and fixing component (26). 18) As stated in Claim 17, it is a vertical positioning system and its function is to contain short leaning backrest (21); a moving shaft area (22) integrated with short leaning backrest (21); exterior shaft area (23) integrated with spring base (24) and fixing component (26) on top of moving shaft area (22); a spring base (24) integrated with exterior shaft area (23); a third spring (25); and horizontal fixing component (26a) or vertical fixing component (26b) fixing exterior shaft area (23), spring base (24) and exterior shaft area (23).

19) As stated in Claim 17, it is a vertical positioning system and its function is that leg height of vertical fixing component (26b) can be adjusted up and down by adding an adjustable system. 20) As stated in Claim 17, it is a vertical positioning system and its function is to contain short leaning backrest (21) made of metal, mica and composite materials in geometrical shapes such as flat, concave, rectangle and oval and its top surface is supported with soft material cover.

21) As stated in Claim 17, it is a vertical positioning system and its function is to contain short leaning backrest (21) with overhangs and/or handles that prevent overflowing of body, in a way that is suitable for human body ergonomics. 22) As stated in Claim 1, it is a vertical positioning system and its function is to contain a rotating mechanism and automatic control system under the leaning bases (2).

23) As stated in Claim 1, it is a vertical positioning system and its function is to contain a rotating mechanism based on the position of sun under the leaning bases

(2).

24) As stated in Claim 1, it is a vertical positioning system and its function is to contain leaning bases (2) that are made in parts, profiles and tubes and assembled at the place where they will be used.

Description:
VERTICALLY POSITIONED HUMAN LEANING SYSTEMS

Our invention includes resting systems as an alternative to sitting and lying systems that are used for resting.

In general, people take two positions like lying and sitting for resting, but many people can also unwittingly rest by leaning against somewhere. Since I have found no technical information and data about this subject, I felt the need to conduct a study about it.

The system of our invention can be used in areas where people have to wait, in transportation industry and in many other fields as well.

The invention that is shown in Figure la is about resting of people in a healthy way together with vertical positioning system as a vertical positioned human leaning system, a system defined as full-body leaning system, long leaning backrest (1 ), two leaning bases (2) and two long leaning backrests (1) placed alongside together with its other components.

Accordingly, the system ensures that a person, when needed, can position long leaning backrest (1) alongside leaning base (2), two long leaning backrests (1), keeping long leaning backrest (1) from both sides through screw ended and nut shaft system (3) connected to the long leaning backrest (1), the road system passing through the first spring (4) pushing up the shaft system (3) and first spring (4) system, keeping the long leaning backrest (1) from leaning base (2) with the second spring (13) from both sides in a vertical angle, integrated with the footrest (6) when the person leans back and puts his foot, pressing on side shafts (7) of long leaning backrest (1) when needed, fitting the side shafts (7) of long leaning backrest (1 ) to any pin joint (8), passing the pin safety hooks (9) through pin safety hook slots (10), making the system safe, and then putting his foot on the footrest (6) when leaning back and leaning his body completely against the long leaning backrest (1) and taking a rest this way.

Also, as seen in Figure lb, the system can operate in an easier and more comfortable way with a pneumatic or hydraulic motor (1 1) and piston (12) instead of the first spring (4) system which pushes the shaft (3) system up. If demanded, long leaning backrest (1) can be made of metal, mica and composite materials in geometrical shapes such as flat, concave, rectangle and oval, its top surface can be supported with soft material cover and even with hip, waist and neck supports suitable for human body ergonomics, and can be equipped with overhangs, longitudinal supports and/or handles that prevent overflowing of body.

If demanded, as seen in Figure Id, the area of long leaning backrest (1) can be manufactured of profile or tubes in the form of geometrical shapes such as rectangular oval, and structured as a textile, fabric linoleum material inside tubes or profiles. These materials can be put inside tubes or profiles in multiple parts or in a single part as seen in Figure 1 d. Actually, a top cover can be put with snap fasteners or hooks that is opened and closed from the sides.

Leaning bases (2) can be fixed to the surface and/or wall with angle brackets or similar materials or leaning bases (2) can be fixed to each other with plain or cross connected profiles or tubes.

Angling system of the leaning base (2) can be in different forms with automatic control and different motor (1 1) systems.

The material of leaning base (2) can be of metal, cast and composite materials and even hard plastic and polymer mix materials. Vertical positioning system, one of the vertical positioned human leaning systems shown in Figure 2, which is defined as partial-body leaning system, is a system that is more suitable for leaning hip and calf pars of human body with a movement mechanism consisting of a short leaning backrest (21) , moving shaft area (22) and spring base (24) integrated with short leaning backrest (21), and exterior shaft area (23) integrated with the fixing component (26).

Accordingly, it enables a person to rest by leaning through addition of short leaning backrest (21) moving shaft area (22) integrated with short leaning backrest (21), its spring base (24) and exterior shaft area (23) integrated with the fixing component (26), the spring base (24) integrated with the exterior shaft area (23) and the third spring and fixing spring base (24) and exterior shaft area (23), horizontal fixing component (26a) or vertical fixing component (26b) or both of them to the area, space and/or wall and keeping it in xy vertical angle by compressing the third spring (25) after hip and calf parts of a person are leaned against the short leaning backrest (21 ) in xx vertical position.

If demanded, if vertical fixing component (6b) is positioned to fix exterior shaft area (23). leg height can also be adjusted up and down by adding an adjustable system.

If demanded, short leaning backrest (21 ) can be made of metal, mica and composite materials in geometrical shapes such as flat, concave, rectangle and oval, its top surface can be supported with soft material cover and even supports suitable for human body ergonomics, and can be equipped with overhangs, longitudinal supports and or handles that prevent overflowing of body.

If demanded, it could be used for patient examination at the hospitals or for the purposes of health and comfort to make sure people sunbathe healthier based on the position of sun, with a rotating mechanism and automatic control mechanism to be installed under the leaning bases (2).

If demanded, leaning bases (2) can be manufactured in parts, profiles and tubes and assembled at the place where they will be used.
