Abstract:
A vessel tank cover according to an aspect of the present invention is for a non-spherical gas tank that is shaped so as to bulge obliquely upward as compared to a truly spherical gas tank, covers a portion of the non-spherical gas tank projected above the upper deck of a vessel, and is symmetrical about a vertical center axis. This vessel tank cover is provided with: a cylindrical part that is supported on the upper deck; a top plate that has a circular peripheral edge and spreads in the horizontal direction above the top of the non-spherical gas tank; and a curved surface part that extends along the outer surface of the non-spherical gas tank from the upper end of the cylindrical part and connects with the peripheral edge of the top plate, wherein the curved surface part includes a first spherical part located on the lower side and a second spherical part located on the upper side, and the center of curvature of the first spherical part is located above that of the second spherical part.
