Abstract:
The utility model relates to medical technology. A vest for conducting a non-invasive cardiac electrophysiology study comprises a shoulder part made of two straps of equal width, and a removable corset part including integrated electrodes and a wireless signal measurement unit. The corset part, which is made of a composite material, is conformal, and has a front and a back of equal size that are connected by shoulder panels and side panels such that a set of additional paired parts can be added, each respective pair having a discrete increase in width. A first layer of the composite material has apertures for insertion of the electrodes and the signal measurement unit. The electrode assemblies are in the form of regular sections. Each electrode in a section is connected by conductors to a microcontroller. A second layer of the composite material comprises a flexible printed circuit board, to which the microcontrollers are connected. The output of the flexible printed circuit board is connected to the signal measurement unit. A third layer of the composite material is protective. The result is more accurate diagnostics of the state of a person's cardiac system, and an increase in the universality of the vest for patients having different physiques by ensuring high-quality contact of electrodes with the patient's body.
