Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] A vial supply device having a vial receiving section with a large capacity
and capable of reliably discharging the vials. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS]
The vial supply device (11) receives a large number of empty vials (4) and taking
them out on a one-by-one basis and supplying it to a tablet filling section. The
vial supply device (11) has the receiving section (101) for receiving the large
number of empty vials (4), an endless member (104) provided at a bottom wall of
the receiving section (101) and capable of being driven in the horizontal direction,
a conveyance unit (105) for conveying the vials (4) in the horizontal direction
using the endless member (104), an endless member (109) provided at a wall of the
receiving section (101) and capable of being driven in the vertical direction,
and a discharge unit (111) for lifting upward and discharging the vials (4) while
allowing them to be horizontally supported at support members (110) provided
at the endless member (109) at predetermined intervals. A conveyance end section
of the conveyance unit (105) and a conveyance start section of the discharge unit
(111) are set close to each other.
