Abstract:
A vibratile micro-distance settling module comprises: a plurality of tilted flat plates, corrugated plates or pipes installed on a parallelogram frame (1), a plurality of spring modules (4) installed on appropriate positions of two lateral sides of the module frame (1), a vibration bracket (5) installed on the top of the frame (1) at its center of gravity, and a vibration exciter (6) installed on the vibration bracket (5) of the module, with the module being integrally installed on a support bracket (9). The micro-distance settling module can be placed in a box-shaped subsider with cone hopper or a center driving thickener in the shape of a circular pool. A plurality of micro-distance settling modules is located in parallel to constitute a large-scale micro-distance settling thickener for solid-liquid separation. The module can intermittently vibrate in use, and the vibration time and the intermittent time can be adjusted.
