Abstract:
In order to provide a vibrating device and a haptic device wherein a vibration plate can be made to vibrate in the thickness direction even when the vibration plate is in a flat state, a vibration device (20) is equipped with: a vibration plate (21) bent in the thickness direction; a piezoelectric film (22) connected to the vibration plate (21) and stretched, in a direction intersecting the vibration plate (21), between the locations where the piezoelectric film is connected to the vibration plate (21); and a spacer (23) that maintains an interval between the vibration plate (21) and the piezoelectric film (22), at a location away from the connection locations of the vibration plate (21) and the piezoelectric film (22).
