Abstract:
A vibrating mirror motor includes a stator, a rotor rotating relative to the stator and
a position feedback device for feedbacking the rotational position of the rotor.
The position feedback device is a grating encoder. With the above configuration, the
system instability due to the zero position and the gain drift of the position feedback
device of the conventional capacitance or inductance type vibrating mirror
motor is eliminated by the grating encoder. In addition, the response speed of
the vibrating mirror motor is raised with the multiple pole slotless motor configuration.
