Abstract:
The present invention provides a vibration absorbing device (1) provided with a shock absorber (21) and a strut mount (10). In the strut mount by itself, a load displacement curve which is obtained when an inner member (11) and an outer member (12) are displaced relative to each other in a rod axis (O) direction includes a first line portion including an initial state in which load and displacement are zero, and a second line portion continuous with the first line portion and in which the slope of a tangent line is smaller than that of a tangent line in the first line portion. In the shock absorber by itself, a load in the rod axis direction that is required for a rod (22) to slide on a seal material (24) is included in a range of load in which the second line portion is positioned in the load displacement curve.
