Abstract:
A vibration analysis device (1) diagnoses the state of a machine on the basis of the vibration detected by a measurement apparatus (2). A setting unit (12) sets a diagnosis target, a rotational speed, and a determination reference value. A communication unit (13) communicates with the measurement apparatus (2), transmitting a trigger for starting vibration measurement to the measurement apparatus (2) and receiving vibration waveform data from the measurement apparatus (2). A condition determination unit (16) determines diagnosis conditions from information about the diagnosis target. An analysis unit (17) performs frequency analysis on data inputted from the measurement apparatus (2). An abnormality determination unit (11) performs abnormality determination for the diagnosis target on the basis of the determination reference value. The present invention thereby provides a vibration analysis device and a vibration analysis system that can perform vibration analysis of a constant accuracy, regardless of the proficiency of a user.
