Abstract:
The present invention is provided with a hollow tube-shaped member which consists of a non-magnetic material, coils which are provided to the tube-shaped member, and movers which move within the tube-shaped member in the longitudinal direction thereof. Each of the movers is provided with permanent magnets disposed so that the same poles face each other. First permanent magnets of the permanent magnets are disposed in the movers in such a manner that, in each of two adjacent movers, a first permanent magnet is located on the side of the mover which is adjacent to the adjacent mover, and the two first permanent magnets of the two adjacent movers are disposed so that the different poles face each other.
