Abstract:
This vibration control device is provided with: a casing (1) a drive-side actuator (4) which comprises a drive-side stator (2) and a drive-side mover (3) and which is connected to the casing (1); a vibration control-side actuator (7) which comprises a vibration control-side stator (5) and a vibration control-side mover (6) and which is connected to the casing (1); a first signal calculation unit (8) which generates a drive signal of the drive-side actuator (4) on the basis of a control command; and a second signal calculation unit (9) which generates a drive signal of the vibration control-side actuator (7) on the basis of a signal which, in the case that jerk of the drive-side actuator (4) changes from large to small, is obtained by subtracting a displacement suppression command, for suppressing displacement of the vibration control-side mover (6), from a vibration control command which, on the basis of the control command, reduces or cancels the natural vibration component of the casing (1) caused by driving of the drive-side actuator (4), with the vibration component of the casing (1) caused by driving of the vibration control-side actuator (7).
