Abstract:
Provided is a novel vibration-damping control device with which overcurrent due to stray capacitance of a connecting cable can be reduced and deterioration of an electrorheological fluid can be suppressed. A voltage control device 10 and a vibration-damping mechanism 12 are connected by means of a connecting cable 11, and electrical resistors 36, which reduce overcurrent due to stray capacitance of the connecting cable 11, are arranged between the connecting cable 11 and electrode plates 34 arranged in the vibration-damping mechanism 12. By arranging the electrical resistors, which reduce overcurrent due to stray capacitance of the connecting cable, between the connecting cable and the electrode plates arranged in the vibration-damping mechanism, the maximum current value of the overcurrent can be lowered, and deterioration of an electrorheological fluid due to the overcurrent can be suppressed.
