Provided is a vibration-damping support device having a novel structure, the vibration-damping support device being capable of limiting the relative displacement between an upper restraint member and a second member to be connected. A vibration-damping support device (10) is configured in such a manner that: an upper mount rubber member (20) and a lower mount rubber member (38) are fitted over an inner shaft member (12) mounted to a first member (52) to be connected; and a second member (54) to be connected is gripped between the mount rubber members (20, 38). An upper restraint member (22) lapped over the second member (54) to be connected is secured to the upper mount rubber member (20). A lower restraint member (46) lapped over the second member (54) to be connected is secured to the lower mount rubber member (38). Both the upper restraint member (22) and the lower restraint member (46) protrude further toward the inner peripheral side than the opening peripheral edge of a mounting hole (56) in the second member (54) to be connected, and are lapped, in an axial projection, over each other on the side closer to the inner periphery than the opening peripheral edge of the mounting hole (56).
