Abstract:
A vibration detection device highly practical and having stable sensitivity and anti-noise characteristics. The vibration detection device (1) has silicone (4), one side of which can be in contact with a vibration source; a microphone element (3) having a vibration diaphragm (33) in contact with the other side of the silicone (4); and an inner case (2) for receiving the silicone (4) and the microphone element (3). On the inner wall of the inner case (2) for receiving the silicone (4) is stretched a rib (23) between the vibration diaphragm (33) and that surface of the silicone (4) which is in contact with the vibration source, and the rib (23) is embedded in the silicone (4).
