Abstract:
Provided are a vibration determination device, and the like, that make it possible to enhance vibration determination performance when there is an abnormality in measured vibration values. A vibration determination device (100B) according to an embodiment of the present disclosure comprises a determination unit (104) for determining whether the vibration of a structure is a standard vibration on the basis of a plurality of feature values expressing vibration features of the structure and a detection unit (105) for detecting an outlier included in the plurality of feature values if the vibration of the structure is not determined to be the standard vibration. The determination unit (104) additionally determines whether the vibration of the structure is the standard vibration on the basis of the plurality of feature values other than the detected outlier, and an output unit (108) is additionally provided for outputting whether the vibration of the structure is the standard vibration.
