Abstract:

Disclosed is a vibration device which is provided with: a piezoelectric vibrator (10); a vibration member (20), which is larger than the piezoelectric vibrator (10) in planar view, and which restricts one surface of the piezoelectric vibrator (10); a vibration member (25), which is larger than the piezoelectric vibrator (10) in planar view, and which restricts the other surface of the piezoelectric vibrator (10); an elastic member (30), which supports the edge of the vibration member (20) surface that restricts the piezoelectric vibrator (10), and which also supports the edge of the vibration member (25) surface that restricts the piezoelectric vibrator (10); and a supporting member (35), which is positioned on the circumference of the elastic member (30), and which supports the elastic member (30).
