Abstract:
A piezoelectric element comprises a piezoelectric body having a first main surface and a second main surface opposite of each other, and multiple external electrodes arranged on the first main surface. A vibration member has a third main surface facing the second main surface. The piezoelectric element is bonded to the third main surface. A wiring member is electrically connected to the piezoelectric element. The wiring member is positioned on the multiple external electrodes, and has a region bonded to the multiple external electrodes. The region of the wiring member integrally covers the multiple external electrodes seen from the direction orthogonal to the first main surface.
