Abstract:
The present invention relates to a vibration-free material transfer device having at least two stages of shock absorbing means installed in a press material transfer device which is installed on the periphery of a presser (press machine or press process), thereby blocking various types of vibrations and shocks occurring on the spot and enabling a seating state (loading state) of a lightweight material to be accurately detected. The vibration-free material transfer device comprises: a pair of support members (25, 26) fixed to the respective sides of front and rear plates (17, 18) of a box (21); a plurality of first shock absorbers (27, 28) installed on the upper surface of the support members (25, 26) with predetermined spacing; outer parts of brackets (35, 36) fixed to the top of the first buffers (27, 28); a plurality of second buffers (37, 38) installed on the upper surface of inner parts of the brackets (35, 36) with predetermined spacing; a support plate (45) installed on the upper end of the second buffer (37) and the other second buffer (38); a load cell (10) fixed to the upper surface of the support plate (45); a stationary plate (48) fixed to the upper surface of the load cell (10); a table (50) which is fixed to the upper surface of the stationary plate (48) and on which a material is seated; and a gap (52) formed between the top of the box (21) and the table (50).
