Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2010/119629
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a vibration-insulating cylindrical mount having an improved durability against forces perpendicular to the axis thereof. The mount comprises a core member, a cylindrical member, a rubber member and a bracket, wherein the rubber member has an upper surface including, as viewed in the cross section along the plane that includes the axis, a radially inwardly recessed portion and a concave portion, the angle of a tangential line at any reference point of the concave portion gradually increasing, starting from a point that lies on the cylindrical member, as the point moves radially inwardly. The mount is characterized in that the cylindrical member has a cylindrical portion and a flange in the area higher than the lowest end of the adhesion surface between the cylindrical member and the rubber member and that the upper surface of the rubber member ends at the point that lies on the inner periphery of the flange.
