Abstract:
This invention aims at attenuating the vibration of a vibrating object effectively and in a short time. A vibration-isolation support having coiled springs (3) between upper and lower frames (1, 2) disposed in a vertically opposed state, characterized in that partitions (4) surrounding the circumferences of the coiled springs (3) are provided on the lower frame (2), a damping material (5) being held in the spaces surrounded by the partitions (4), the portions of the upper frame (1) which provide hollows of the coiled springs (3) being provided with resistance members suspended therefrom and immersed in the damping material (5).
