Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To enhance output and S/N ratio by regulating the relative movement
of a magnet and a coil to within an optimal range and to enhance precision and reliability
of a vibration measuring instrument. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] Amplitude
of vibration of a magnet (26) is regulated by stoppers (14, 22) and the lower end
face of the magnet (26) does not move beyond the center and the upper end face of
a coil (13). The magnet (26) vibrates such that the lower end face thereof reciprocates
between the center and the upper end face of the coil (13) at all times, and an accurate
cosine wave is outputted from the coil (13) at all times.
