Abstract:
Provided is a vibration mode measurement device for measuring the vibration mode of a mechanical structure of a machine that comprises one or more motors, the vibration mode measurement device being characterized by comprising: an excitation command generation unit that generates an excitation command for the motor; a control unit that generates an electrical current command for the motor on the basis of the excitation command and outputs a converted motor excitation power value to a vibration mode calculation unit; a motor drive unit that receives the motor electrical current command from the control unit and drives the motor; a vibration sensor that detects the vibration of the mechanical structure; a measurement point information input unit into which information on the point of attachment of the vibration sensor is input; a vibration mode calculation unit that calculates the vibration mode using the converted motor excitation power value and the output of the vibration sensor; and a vibration mode output unit.
