Abstract:
The present application relates to a vibration monitoring analysis method and apparatus for a hoisting mechanism under an unsteady-state load, and a device and a storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring real-time rotation speed information; if the real-time rotation speed information is not less than preset critical rotation speed information, acquiring vibration waveform information and abnormal rotation speed information corresponding to the vibration waveform information; calculating related feature value information according to the vibration waveform information; and comparing the related feature value information with a fault analysis frequency in a preset fault analysis library, and if a related feature value is the same as the fault analysis frequency, sending, to an intelligent terminal of a worker, a fault analysis result corresponding to the fault analysis frequency. The present application has the technical effect that: by means of determining whether rotation speed information is abnormal, a system can trigger to determine whether a related feature value matches a fault analysis frequency, such that when a rotation speed is normal, the system does not compare vibration waveform information all the time, resulting in a possibility of occupying a large number of computing resources, and thus the computing efficiency of the system is improved.
