Abstract:
The present invention provides a vibration motor, comprising a housing assembly, an elastic connecting member, a pole core, several pieces of magnetic steel and several coils; the pole core is mounted inside the housing assembly by means of the elastic connecting member, the pieces of magnetic steel are mounted at intervals on an outer side wall of the pole core, the coils are mounted at intervals on an inner side wall of the housing assembly and are provided spaced apart from and facing toward the pieces of magnetic steel in a one-to-one manner at outer sides of the pieces of magnetic steel, and the coils cooperate with the magnetic steel to drive the pole core to move in at least two directions inside the housing assembly. The present invention uses a method of placing coils outside, i.e. providing the coils on an outer side of the pole core and fixing same on the housing assembly, so as to be applicable to a small-size vibration motor, effectively avoiding the limitation to the size of the coils, and facilitating the arrangement of the coils, thereby optimizing the process flow for specific assembly of the vibration motor.
