Abstract:
A vibration motor, comprising a housing (1) having an accommodating space (11), and a vibrator assembly, a stator assembly, and elastic members (6) accommodated in the accommodating space (11). The stator assembly is fixed to the housing (1), the vibrator assembly is movably connected to the housing (1) by means of the elastic members (6), and the vibrator assembly comprises a support assembly (2), the two ends of which are respectively fixedly connected to corresponding elastic members (6). The stator assembly is fixed to the housing (1). The support assembly (2) comprises a framework (21) and an adhesive layer (22) that is at least partially coated on an outer side of the framework (21). The vibrator assembly further comprises a coil (7) that is sleevingly fixed outside of the adhesive layer (22), and the stator assembly is used for providing a driving force for the vibrator assembly to move in a vibration direction. The coil (7) of the described technical solution is sleeved outside of the support assembly (2), and the support assembly (2) has a framework (21) rubber coating structure, and is not prone to deformation during winding. The shape of the coil (7) has good consistency, and during winding, winding does not need to be performed by separating into upper and lower layers, which is beneficial for increasing winding speed. In addition, the coil (7) is sleevingly fixed outside of the adhesive layer (22), and the coil (7) is not in contact with metal. Therefore, insulation performance is good, and the risk of a short circuit can be reduced.
