Title:
VIBRATION-PROOF STRUCTURE OF FRONT-END MODULE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2014/041961
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to suppress pulsating sounds/vibrations propagating through the vehicle body into the vehicle compartment from a plurality of automotive components mounted on the front part of a vehicle, without reducing the rigidity of support to the vehicle body. A front-end module (FEM) in which a plurality of automotive components (12, 40, 42, 28) mounted on the front part of a vehicle are assembled in an aggregated manner on a heat-exchanger support frame (50), wherein the automotive components (12, 40, 42, 28) have first automotive components (12, 40, 42) that vibrate in a first frequency band, and a second automotive component (28) that vibrates in a second frequency band higher than the first frequency band. The first automotive components (12, 40, 42) are elastically supported on the heat-exchanger support frame (50) by first mount members (51, 52, 53). The second automotive component (28) is rigidly fixed to the heat-exchanger support frame (50). The heat-exchanger support frame (50) is elastically supported on the vehicle body by second mount members (57, 58).
