Abstract:
A vibration-reduced elevator, comprising a lifting device (1), a car (3), and a vibration-absorbing device (13). The lifting device (1) is fixedly connected to the car (3). The vibration-absorbing device (13) is disposed between a bottom (28) and a chassis (27) of the car (3). The vibration-absorbing device (13) comprises an upper connecting plate (131), an elastic material layer (133), a pressure sensing device (134), a lower connecting plate (135), and an air chamber (136). The elastic material layer (133) is disposed between the upper connecting plate (131) and the lower connecting plate (135), and is fixedly connected with the upper connecting plate (131) and the lower connecting plate (135) to form the closed air chamber (136). An air inlet valve (1352) and an air outlet valve (1353) are disposed on the lower connecting plate (135), and the pressure sensing device (134) is disposed above the lower connecting plate (135). The vibration-reduced elevator is vertically flexible, and has adjustable stiffness and an adjustable vertical gap. The natural vibration frequency of the car is reduced, air is added to and extracted from the air chamber according to the load of the car, and vibration and noise transmitted to the car are effectively absorbed, such that the elevator is comfortable to ride in.
