Abstract:
Between an engine and a vehicle body, a vibration reducing device is comprised of rod rigid bodies which are respectively supported via an elastic body and which have a resonance frequency lower than a primary resonance frequency in bending or twisting of the engine; an elastic component which is provided in the rod rigid bodies and which changes shape by a force applied in the axial directions of the rod rigid bodies; and an actuator which generates a force proportional to an inertia mass supported by the elastic component and a velocity in the axial directions of the rod rigid bodies, to reciprocate the inertia mass in the axial directions of the rod rigid bodies. Thus, only the resonance can be suppressed without reducing the effect of a double vibration absorption.
