Abstract:
Disclosed is a vibration reduction device provided with actuators which apply forces to beams supporting a cabin, in such a way as to bend the beams; acceleration sensors which measure accelerations of the cabin; and a control device which control the actuators. In a case where vibrations containing a plurality of vibration components are transmitted to the cabin via the beams, such a vibration reduction device applies bending loads to the beams so as to neutralize the bending loads caused by the vibrations, with the result that the vibrations transmitted through the beams can be reduced more reliably, leading to the cabin being able to be more reliably subjected to vibration reduction.
