Abstract:
Provided is a vibration reduction device capable of appropriate operation and capable of appropriate damping of torsional vibration. The vibration reduction device (1) comprises a housing (2), an output hub (3), a main damper device (4), a dynamic damper device (5), and a hysteresis torque generation mechanism (8). Torsional vibration is input to the housing (2). The output hub (3) is arranged so as to be rotatable relative to the housing (2). The main damper device (4) is arranged between the housing (2) and the output hub (3) and dampens the torsional vibration input to the housing (2). The dynamic damper device (5) absorbs torsional vibration output from the main damper device (4). The hysteresis torque generation mechanism (8) is configured so as to be capable of generating hysteresis torque during operation of the main damper device (4).
