Abstract:
A vibration structure of a vibration motor generating different vibration forces during forward and reverse rotation, pertaining to the field of vibration motors. Most existing vibration motors are only capable of generating one specific vibration force under a fixed frequency, and the vibration force during a single use cannot be adjusted. The present structure comprises a main body (1) of a vibration motor, a rotating shaft (2), a driving eccentric block (3), and a driven eccentric block (4). An end surface of the driving eccentric block (3) facing the driven eccentric block (4) is provided with an arc-shaped slot (301) concentric with the rotating shaft (2), and a positioning pin (6) extending into the arc-shaped slot (301) is provided at a location in a terminal direction of the driven eccentric block (4). A shoulder portion of the driving eccentric block (3) on one side is fixed with a pressing plate (5). When shoulder portions of the two eccentric blocks are aligned axially, the pressing plate (5) presses against the shoulder portion of the driven eccentric block (4) on the same side, and an embedded magnet (7) in the shoulder portion of the driven eccentric block (4) on that side attracts the pressing plate (5). Terminal portions of the positioning pin (6) and the arc-shaped slot (301) on the same side are in contact with each other. When the motor rotates forward or in reverse, the two eccentric blocks are aligned or offset by an angle in an axial direction, thereby generating a 100% vibration force or a 50% vibration force, respectively, and realizing vibration force adjustment of a motor during a single use.
