Abstract:
A vibration suppression device (10) and a robot. The vibration suppression device (10) is mounted at a joint of an industrial robot, and comprises: an outer cylinder (11), an inner cylinder (12), a piston (13), a piston rod (14), a first passage (15), and a throttle valve (16). The inner cylinder (12) is located inside the outer cylinder (11). The outer cylinder (11), the piston (13), and the piston rod (14) define a first working cavity (A), and the first working cavity (A) is provided with a first oil port (a). The piston rod (14) and the inner cylinder (12) define a second working cavity (B), and the second working cavity (B) is provided with a second oil port (b). The first passage (15) communicates with the first oil port (a) and the second oil port (b). The throttle valve (16) is disposed on the first passage (15) and is used for controlling a flow rate of hydraulic oil passing through the first passage (15), and for generating at least a force that counteracts the movement of an industrial robot, thereby suppressing, in a passive damping manner, vibration caused by movement of the robot, steadying operations of the robot.
