Abstract:
When a vibration transmission device (100) is mounted to a steel board (BD) by mounting members (121, 122), a vibration transmission member (140) is closely attached to the steel board (BD). When a sound source device (500) sends a sound signal in this state, a sound signal of analog signal is generated in the vibration transmission device (100). After a power amplification unit amplifies the sound signal, an output signal is supplied to a vibration actuator. In the vibration actuator, a voice coil vibrates in response to the output signal, and a support cap generates vibration accompanied by a sound wave. When the support cap vibrates, the vibration transmission member (140) affixed to the support cap vibrates. The vibration of the vibration transmission member (140) is transmitted to the steel board (BD). As a result, the steel board (BD) vibrates air, and outputs sound to external space.
