Abstract:
The present invention relates to a vibration type exercise equipment which controls an operation state of a vertical vibration exercise machine according to the weight and body composition of a user and controls the vertical vibration exercise machine to prevent interlayer floor noise upon use, and a method for controlling the same. The present invention can minimize vibration generated on the bottom surface of an installation place by providing a configuration comprising: a main body which comprises a vertical vibration exercise machine provided with a vibration generation unit installed as a base, a vibration plate disposed on the upper part of the vibration generation unit and a maintenance member for maintaining the base and the vibration plate at predetermined intervals, a frame coupled to the vertical vibration exercise machine, a handle unit disposed on the upper end of the frame for stable use during exercise, and a display unit disposed on the upper part of the frame to display an operation state; a musculoskeletal meter which is disposed to be movable at the lower side of the base and measures the musculoskeletal lower limbs of the user; a body composition meter which is disposed to be attachable to or detachable from the handle unit and detects the body composition of the user; a bottom vibration sensor which is disposed to be attachable to or detachable from the main body and senses the vibration of the bottom surface where the main body is installed; and a controller which is disposed within the main body, controls the operation state of the vertical vibration exercise machine according to the user's weight detected by the musculoskeletal meter and user's body composition detected by the body composition meter, and controls the vertical vibration exercise machine according to the vibration of the bottom surface detected by the bottom vibration detector.
