Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To provide vibratory conveying equipment which can sort and arrange
components in a target posture while simplifying the structure of the equipment.
[MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The vibratory conveying equipment comprising
a drive source, a leaf spring vibrated reciprocatingly by the drive source, a
conveyance chute (1) having a first conveyance surface (1a) coupled with the
leaf spring and capable of conveying a component (W) on the first conveyance surface
(1a) linearly from one end to the other end by reciprocating vibration while arranging
the posture or sorting, and a linear return chute (2) having a second conveyance
surface(2a) for returning a component (W) dropped during the posture arranging
or sorting process by the conveyance chute (1) to one end side of the conveyance
chute (1), wherein a rod-like member (9) for vibrating the second conveyance
surface(2a) reciprocatingly by transmitting a reciprocating vibration imparted
to the first conveyance surface (1a) of the conveyance chute (1) to the return
chute (2) is further provided.
