Abstract:

The present invention relates to a video-based integrated management method for building construction and maintenance, capable of: creating, by video, a series of processes from a building construction step up to maintenance after completion and registering the same in a building management server; and enabling a building owner or residents to confirm the video, thereby enabling transparent management of a building by fundamentally preventing poor construction and negligent maintenance thereof, which can occur in a construction step, and thus the present invention can provide a sense of reliability to the building owner or the residents.
