CLAIMS

1 a.- Camera of issuing video recording, which departing from the conventional structure of any type of camera of video recording, in which it informs a framework or body (1), with which there is associated an aim (2), after which there is established a captator (3) entrusted to digitize the obtained images and to convert them to a pre- established format, across the microcontrol correspondent or microprocessor (4), being able to rely on an internal memory (5) of storage of the images, as well as connectors for exit of the signs of video and of audio from the captator (3), as well as of the correspondent or corresponding microphones (6), it is characterized because with the mentioned microcontroller or microprocessor (4) there is associated a module of communications or telephony (12), with the internal structure of a fourth generation computer, similar or top, being able to incorporate his own interface of control, or being said module associated with the own LCD screen (7), whereas the keyboard of control of the above mentioned module will be able to be integrated to the own interface of control (9) of the video camera.

DESCRIPCION OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The present invention refers to a video recording camera, professional, the type of the currently used for broadcasting different types of live events.

The object of the invention is to obtain a video camera with such structure that allows that the independence in relation to a mobile unit at the moment of transmitting the images sent to the studies of television, or to another certain place, allowing a notable saving of costs and of personnel.

PRECEDENTS OF THE INVENTION

Since it is known, in the area of practical application of the invention, at the moment of carrying out the live retransfer of a sports event, as for example a football match, a cycle stage, etc, as well as at the moment of reporting from the point in which the news is generated, is necessary to have a mobile unit composed by a truck, with a human equipment equivalent to two or three persons for every recording camera, a high number of plug wires in order that each of the cameras could send the images taken to the mobile unit, which will have to move to the place of the event about which it treats itself and establish with his own means a connection route satellite, to connect with the studies of the television and receive the sign of each one of the cameras and to do the assembly, with an important quantity of technological elements in order that this sign is adapted to the demanded level.

This way so, in the above mentioned unit, the necessary equipments are located to produce directly, the mixture of the images of the cameras that have been established for the recording of the event and by means of the personal action of his operatives, the "accomplishment" is carried out, directly and once composed, is sent, also directly, to the studies of television, in order that these mix it with the advertising and they send it to the relay station for his distribution to the public, across his televisions. Consistently this means that, up to the date, there is necessary a great quantity of equipments and technological, as well as human material, with a few associate, extremely high costs, being necessary to carry out a connection route satellite one or two hours before and after the event about which it treats itself, which supposes a cost so high that many local televisions cannot take up office.

In case of the informative ones the situation is similar, so that in order that a journalist could bring live information a mobile unit is needed, at least, as well as the operatives corresponding to one or two cameras

Trying to obviate this problems, the method is known of " false directly " so that though by means of the above mentioned method the commented mobile unit is not necessary, so that the images are previously recorded "in situ", later to be sent across an Internet servant to the studies, this methodology is not viable for the transmission of certain events, which must be issued in rigorously directly.

This way so, at present no other alternative does not exist to be able to issue an event of any live type, if it is not with a similar level of means, which it makes impossible, or at least difficultly, for the majority of the local televisions, to be able to have the economic means to make it profitable.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The video recording wifi camera proposed, solves of fully satisfactory form the problems previously exposed, so that the same one constitutes an independent and autonomous element provided with own means of transmission of the images to the study without the need of, an indispensable mobile unit till now, the cost of the live transmissions will be highly reduced.

For it and in a more concrete way, the camera that one praises part of the conventional structure of any camera of conventional video recording, which will be provided with a microcontroller or microprocessor of management and adjustment of the images to the digital format about which it treats itself, so that, of agree already with the invention, with the above mentioned microprocessor associates a microcomputer with wifi connection, with a "hotspot" wi-fi (warm point) that is a zone with wireless coverage wi-fi, in which a point of access or several, they provide services of connection to Internet.

Up to there, which we have obtained is the internet WiFi makes come, up to our video recording camera and vice versa, but we will have to wait the brief time that we still have in order that the technology relative to the image transmissions through the habitual network, allows us a traffic of gentle, live, to send the recordings without "pulls" and real time to the studies of rapid, economic, simple and effective form.

The mentioned microcomputer with wi-fi connection will be provided with an interface of control, that is to say, with a screen and a keyboard, though, and for motives of simplification, the above mentioned elements they can be common for the functions of the camera and of the keyboard, so that the display unit of the images of the camera, it is in use likewise as screen of the microcomputer, being able to take incorporated the bearing on the above mentioned screen, or by means of a keyboard of the telephone apart, that remains integrated between the controls of control of the own video camera. DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

To complement the description that is realized and in order to help to a better comprehension of the characteristics of the invention, of agreement with a preferential example of practical accomplishment of the same one, it accompanies as integral part of the above mentioned description, a group of drawings where with illustrative and not limitative character, there has been represented a block diagram of the basic structure of a video recording camera realized in agreement in order the present invention.

PREFERENTIAL ACCOMPLISHMENT OF THE INVENTION

In view of the outlined figure, it can be observed as the invention departs from the conventional structure of any type of video recording camera, which will be constituted, from a framework or body (1), with which there is associated an aim (2), destined, since also it is conventional, to fitting and to focusing the image to issuing, target (2) after that there is established a captator (3) entrusted to digitize the obtained images and to convert them to a pre-established format, across the microcontrol correspondent or microprocessor (4), being able to rely on an internal memory (5) of storage of the images, as well as connectors for exit of the signs of video and of audio from the captator (3) entrusted to digitize the obtained images and to convert them to a pre-established format, across the microcontrol correspondent or microprocessor (4), being able to rely on an internal memory (5) of storage of the images, as well as connectors for exit of the signs of video and of audio from the captator (3), as well as of the correspondent or corresponding microphones (6).

The video camera, since also it is conventional, will be represented by a LCD screen (7) or similar, across that to be able to visualize the images that are caught, in addition to the classic visor (8), I combine that will complement itself with the corresponding interface of control (9) of the different functions of the camera.

The above mentioned video camera will feed electrically of a rechargeable battery (10), though, optionally it will be able to be represented by a connector for his external supply, being able to incorporate means of lighting (11) complementary ones.

Well then, from this conventional structure, the video camera of the invention centres his characteristics the fact that with the mentioned microcontroller or microprocessor (4) a microcomputer is associated with wi-fi incorporated (12), with the internal structure of fourth generation, similar or top, so that the own LCD screen (7) of the video camera could be used together to visualize the functions of the keyboard that the above mentioned module provides, being able the above mentioned screen be tactile, whose case and across the corresponding software of programming, a virtual keyboard will be provided on the above mentioned screen, being able the above mentioned keyboard nevertheless, to materialize in a physical keyboard, preferably integrated to the own interface of control (9) of the video camera.

From this structure and the commented software of programming, by means of the microcomputer (4) associated with a system wi-fi of communications (12) and thanks to the great capacity of transmission of information of the technology of fourth generation, similar or superior, there will be able to be sent real time the images thought by the video camera to the studies of television, that is to say, live, without need of that to the above mentioned video camera is necessary to associate the corresponding mobile unit of transmission of the images route satellite, as well as the human deployment associated with the same one, with the substantial saving of costs that it supposes. The camera of the invention allows transmitting live images without need to depend on a mobile unit, with the consistent saving economic and on personnel that it carries. For it, it departs from the conventional structure of any camera of conventional video recording, provided with a microcontroller or microprocessor (4) of management and adjustment of the images to the digital format about which it treats itself, so that, to the above mentioned microprocessor him a microcomputer associates with wi-fi incorporated (12), with the internal structure of fourth generation, similar or top so that across the above mentioned module it will be possible send real time and with a professional quality, the images taken to the correspondents studies of rapid, simple and effective form.
