Abstract:
The present application relates to a video coding method. The method comprises: acquiring an input video frame, determining down-sampling information corresponding to the input video frame, coding the input video frame according to the down-sampling information so as to obtain coded data corresponding to the input video frame, and adding the down-sampling information to the coded data according to a processing range corresponding to the down-sampling information. By means of the video coding method, down-sampling information can be selected self-adaptively, so that the speed of video coding is improved on the premise of ensuring the subjective quality. Also proposed are a video decoding method, an apparatus, a computer device and a storage medium.
