Abstract:
The present invention makes it possible to encourage cooperation between players. A video game processing device (100), which displays a player character on a display screen of a display device and controls the progress of a video game that includes turn-based battle with enemy characters, is provided with a profile information storage unit (12a) that stores summoning permission information in which a battle command used in turn-based battle is mapped to another player character that executes an action corresponding to that battle command. The video game processing device (100) carries out the following: receives summoning permission information from another video game processing device in which another player character is used as the main character; in the turn-based battle, accepts a summoning request indicating a request to use summoning permission information; on the basis of acceptance of the summoning request, determines the summoning permission information to be used; summons another player character indicated by the determined summoning permission information; and executes an action corresponding to the battle command indicated by that summoning permission information.
