Abstract:
A video generation device that has the movements of a user as the inputs therefor and displays the results by using visual information. The video generation device generates a 3D pseudo space video and comprises: a motion detection unit that calculates changes in at least one among position, orientation, and angle of the video generation device; an avatar data generation unit that generates first avatar data and second avatar data that comprise avatar coordinates, avatar motion, and model data for the 3D pseudo space; an avatar data selection unit that selects an avatar on the basis of control data for controlling the avatar and data calculated by the motion detection unit; a 3D video generation unit that generates the 3D pseudo space video on the basis of the selected avatar data and the data calculated by the motion calculation unit; and a video display unit that displays the 3D pseudo space video.
