Abstract:
A video image processing device and a video image processing method are provided with
features of reduction of both jerkiness and blur to output a high quality video
image. When a moving picture is generated at a fixed frame rate, a moving speed
of an object is calculated in response to an output video image frame rate per unit
of a divided region into which a frame image to structure the moving picture is
divided. An optimum shutter speed per unit of the divided region is acquired to
reduce image quality deterioration of the output video image as the optimum photographing
shutter speed corresponding to the moving speed per unit of the divided region.
A video image corresponding to the acquired optimum shutter speed is generated
per unit of the divided region. A frame video image coupled with the divided region
image generated is output. According to the structure set forth above, it is
possible to output a high quality video image with reduction of both jerkiness
and blur.
