CLAIMS

1. Video imitation and challenging system consisting of mobile device (3) whereon mobile applications are downloaded, used by the user, having mobile device (3) applications and an application platform (1 ) downloading applications to mobile device (3) allowing the person challenge motion, figure or mimics in the animation or the video she/he selects and imitate the actions in the video she/he shoots and providing recording, displaying and sharing in social media the shot video and it is characterized in that it consists of

• Application database (6) storing the visual contents created by user himself/herself or shared by a different user, challenged and intended to be imitated and the video saved by user,

• A video imitation and record mobile application (2) serving as interface between the application database (6) and user, receiving video record, visual content selection function commands from the user via mobile device (3)

• Visual icon (5) displaying images in interface of video imitation and record mobile application (2), downloaded by user in advance or already downloaded in application database (6) by different users,

• Camera record icon (4) starting video recording after clicking on user and located in video imitation and record mobile application (2) interface.

A video imitation and challenging method providing the person to challenge the motion, figure or mimics in an animation or video selected by person and imitating it in the video she/he shoots and recording, displaying and sharing in social media the taken video and it is characterized in that it consists of operations steps of

• Downloading Video imitation and record mobile application (2) to the mobile device (3) used by the user from an application platform (1 ) having applications that can be downloaded to mobile devices (3) and used later, • Displaying the images in the application database (6) by clicking on visual icon (5) in the video imitation and record mobile application (2) interface by user and selection of image desired to be challenged among them,

• Dividing screen of mobile device (3) of video imitation and record mobile application (2) and displaying image from user’s mobile device (3) camera in one part and image challenged and intended to be imitated by the user in the other part,

• While displaying image from user’s mobile device (3) camera in one part, displaying image challenged and intended to be imitated by user in other part, clicking on camera record icon (4) located in interface of video imitation and record mobile application (2) interface and starting video recording and tracking challenged animation or video and video recording thereof,

• when recording is finished, recording video in application database (6).

3. Video imitation and challenging method according to claim 2 and it is characterized in that it consists of operation steps wherein the user creates the content she/he wants to challenge herself/himself and upload into application database (6).

4. Video imitation and challenging method according to claim 2 and it is characterized in that it consists of operation step wherein the user ads music onto the recorded video and/or share the recorded video in other social media platforms.

5. Video imitation and challenging method according to claim 2 and it is characterized in that it consists of operation steps wherein the video recorded by the user is accessed and displayed via other electronic devices through application database (6).

6. Video imitation and challenging method according to claim 2 and it is characterized in that it consists of operation step wherein the user is capable to make search by use of other user’s names or content labels and review the contents created by other users.

7. Video imitation and challenging method according to claim 2 and it is characterized in that it consists of operation step wherein user gets score for motion, figure and mimics provided in the recorded video.

Description:
VIDEO IMITATION AND CHALLENGING SYSTEM AND METHOD Technical Field

Invention relates to a system and method enabling a user to challenge movement, figure or mimics in a video of another user, to imitate the motion, figure or mimics he challenges in animation or video, in his video that he has shot, to record and display the video and to share it in social media.

Prior Art

Today in the videos recorded on mobile devices for sharing in social media, user uses effects recorded on social media application and capable to play over video. In said applications, while recording video, it is not possible to present a visual recorded in present application database or uploaded by user and intended to be challenged.

In the prior art, there are dance games based on imitation. In the application the user displays dance figures via television. In the game, the user uses a device detecting movements and comparing movements the dance figures recorded in the database. The application is of a game nature and does not have option to record the imitated figures and display of them and share in social media by the user.

Utility model/patent application numbered CN106448279 encountered during technical search relates to play system and method to learn dance figures and although it does not have feature of recording and sharing the figures made by the user, it does not have option of use in mobile devices either.

As a result, due to above described disadvantages and inadequacy of existing solutions it has been necessary to make development in the related art.

Purpose of the Invention

The invention has been developed with inspiration from existing situation and aims to eliminate the above mentioned disadvantages.

Main purpose of the invention is to provide challenging the person of the action in the video, imitating motion, figure and mimics in the user’s selected animation or video, imitate himself in his video and recording, playing and sharing the taken video in social media.

Another purpose of the invention is to offer an application allowing selection of sample animation video intended to be challenged in the display screen when camera button is pressed to start user’s own video by use of animation or video selection icon.

A further purpose of the invention is to provide dividing mobile device screen into two, to display user on one part and the visual on the other part and to provide user to start recording, and to provide earning scores on motions, figures and mimics made in the user's recorded video.

The structural and characteristics features of the invention and all advantages will be understood better in detailed descriptions with the figures given below and with reference to the figures, and therefore, the assessment should be made taking into account the said figures and detailed explanations.

Detailed Description of the Invention

In this detailed description, the preferred embodiments of the invention have been described in a manner not forming any restrictive effect and only for purpose of better understanding of the matter.

Invention is a video imitation and record mobile application (2) and working method which enables the user to challenge motions, figures or mimics in an animation or video of a different user selected by him/her on a mobile device (3), to imitate the motions, figures or mimics of the selected video in his/her video, record, display and share the taken video in social media.

Working principle of invention is as follows:

Video imitation and record mobile application (2) is downloaded to the mobile device (3) used by the user from an application platform (1 ) such as Apple Store, Android Google Play having applications that can be downloaded to mobile devices (3) and used later.

The user using video imitation and record mobile application (2) as interface may review the visual contents owned by different persons in the application database (6) before or if desires so, creates the content she/he intends to imitate and download to application database (6).

The user logs into video imitation and record mobile application (2), clicks on the visual icon (5) on the video imitation and record mobile application (2) interface, displays the visuals she/he has installed before or already exist, which are uploaded to application database (6) by a different person and challenge among them and selects the visual she-he wants to imitate. After visual selection, video imitation and record mobile application (2) divides mobile device (3) screen into two. On one part, the image taken by mobile device (3) camera of the user is displayed while the visual challenged by the user and to be imitated by him is displayed on other part. The user clicks on the camera record icon (4) on video imitation and record mobile application (2) interface and after counting back on record screen, video recording starts. During recording mobile device (3) screen displays the image taken by user’s mobile device (3) camera and simultaneously recorded on one part while other part displays the visual images to be watched and imitated by the user. While the user follows the image which is animation or video she/he wants to challenge, records his/her own video. When recording is finished, video is recorded in application database (6). The recorded video can be accessed and displayed by accessing application database (6) via other electronic devices. The user may add music on the video if wishes so and/or share the recorded video in other social media platform. In addition, the user may search other users with their names and video content tags and may watch the contents created by other users and may challenge people.
