In the present invention, an image generating unit selects, from a component content recording unit, component content (K2-K19) that displays a station name array that arrays a plurality of station names on a route in order of arrival, causes motion a minute amount at a time in the direction of arraying from a state wherein only a subset of station names on the starting station side among the plurality of station names are disposed to a state wherein only a subset of station names on the terminal station side are disposed in a scrolling display region in accordance with component disposition definition data and component action definition data, and creates a plurality of chronologically consecutive frames by forming an image of only the portion within the scrolling display region without forming an image of the portions outside the scrolling display region from among the component contents (K2-K19).
