Abstract:
A video monitoring system is provided with: a video analysis means that analyzes video data photographed by a monitoring camera to detect an event belonging to a specific category, and that outputs a detection result; a display control means that displays a video of the video data together with a category setting screen for setting the category of an event included in the video; and a learning data storage means that stores category information set in accordance with an operation by an operator on the category setting screen, together with the video data as learning data. The video analysis means performs a learning process using the learning data stored in the learning data storage means.
